THREE KOLBERS WOUNDED IN BORDER AREAS OF KHOY AND SARDASHT

Younes Piroti, wounded in the border areas in Sardasht, at the same time, border regiment forces opened fire on a group of kolbers and eventually Naji Abubakri wounded in the leg and following a chase by the forces Shahab fell from the Khoy heights. He was seriously injured and was transferred to medical centers.

Acoording to Human Rights of Kurdistan of Iran; Friday, 2019 August 9; this morning, a Kolber was wounded severely in the leg following the firing of the border regiment of Sardasht highlands and transferred to a hospital in the city.

Identity of This kolber by Human Rights of Kurdistan of Iran has announced as; “Younes Piroti” from “Boyuran-e Sofla” village of Sardasht.

At the same time Human Rights of Kurdistan of Iran has received a report from Khoy; two kolbers named “Naji Abubakri” and “Shahab” were wounded. Mr. Abubakri was wounded in the leg by the firing of the border regiment forces and Mr.Shahab broke his leg after being chased by the forces and falling from the height. They were transferred to the treatment centers.

These tree kolbers were attacked on suspicion of carrying smuggling goods without receiving warnings.

Intensification and insistence on shooting at kolbers by the Kurdistan province Border Commander result that in the past week at least four kolbers wounded and two others had been killed but according to this report and its limited size and the inability of independent human rights groups to operate in the border areas of Kurdistan, it can’t reflect the whole situation and shooting at the kolbers.
