Five prisoners of Rajaei-Shahr of Karaj were hanged in this prison which had been sentenced to death for deliberate murder.
According to Human Rights of Kurdistan of Iran; Wednesday, 2019 June 26; According to Iran Human Rights Organization, The morning of Wednesday, June 26, five prisoners were executed in Rajaei-Shahr prison in Karaj. These prisoners, most of whom were sentenced to “death” for “deliberate murder”, were transferred to solitary cells in a group of 12 persons from different parts of the Rajaei-Shahr prison of Karaj and Ghezelhasar.
These are the identity of three executed in the morning which have been announced by the Iranian Human Rights Organization: “Ghorban Soleymani” from hall 3, cell 1, and “Hanif Motahari Nejad” From cell 2, and “Majid Salehzadeh”. “Ghorban Soleymani” was in prison for 17 years.
Another prisoner who was executed this morning had been transferred from Ghezelhasar prison of Karaj to Rajaei-Shahr.
An informed source told Iran Human Rights Organization: «The prisoner was imprisoned for drug and had murdered his wife in conjugal visit in Ghezelhasar prison. »
Seven other prisoners returned to their cells by receiving deadlines or satisfaction from the cases.
None of the executions has been announced by the media inside Iran before Setting up this news.
According to the annual report of the Human Rights Organization of Iran, in 2018, at least 273 people were executed in various prisons in Iran, of which at least 188 persons were sentenced to death for deliberate murder. About %66 of these years executions (180 cases) have not been announced by the authorities.
Non-grading for deliberate murder in Iran makes any kind of murder cases, regardless of the severity of the crime and murderers motivation, leads to the issuance of the death sentence.
